If your baggage is lost or misplaced during your trip, the BagAssist service is here to help you track its status and location. The first step is to notify the airline as soon as possible. Once reported, the airline will issue a baggage claim reference number, which you'll need for us to begin assisting you.

To proceed with your claim under the Service Pledge, please provide the following information:

• Airline Name
• Flight Number
• Baggage Ticket Number
• Baggage Claim Reference Number
• Traveler Ages

• Report it to the airline right away at the airport. Request a file reference number and be sure to obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the airline.

• File a report, directly with them, they're available 24/7.
